rend.R: add script version control

  • save a script copy to results folder
  • in case of re-running the analysis, check for differences between the current and the previous script version and allow the user to choose whether to overwrite the previous data or not
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
