add frip statistic to cs-workflow
a standard measure of the signal-to-noise ratio is the FRiP (fraction of reads in peaks),
@lakshman what do you think a about a more standardized chipseq-workflow?

FRIP seems to be a good global quality measure for ChiP enrichment as mentioned in http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3431496/
I also found this R package http://rpackages.ianhowson.com/bioc/ChIPQC/ which has nice functions for chipseq data quality control and FRIP seems to be part of it as well http://rpackages.ianhowson.com/bioc/ChIPQC/man/frip-methods.html
Sorry for not making it to the chipseq meeting today. I completely forgot about it. Hopefully, we can discuss about Max's favorite methods in our next meeting.
