[HIGH] Remove general protein functional type

• Remove the column "functional_type" from Protein's list (also the filter)
• Remove the "functional_type" from the General Info of proteins
• Rename "Presence in Biomolecular condensates" to "Verified in ..." (in list and detail page)
• Add column "Verified in Synthetic condensates"
• Protein Detail Page attribute for biomolecular condensate count should be shown before the sequence
