Re-position of Filter Box in Condensate Page

The text search filter on the Protein Table in Condensate page is right now above the evidence column. This will mislead the users into thinking that the filter searches work on the evidence, which is actually a feature thought of to be implemented in future(filter basis evidence).

So, as of now, you can just move the filter box on top of the protein name.
