Download CSV issue
Hello,
I just wanted to make you aware of a problem with your condensate-specific CSV file formatting on CD-CODE. For individual condensates, CSV tables will frequently fail to download or have misaligned rows.
For example, the CSV for PML body, H. sapiens (https://cd-code.org/condensate/B5B9A610) fails to download.
The CSV for Nuclear Pore Complex, S. cerevisiae (https://cd-code.org/condensate/691A1FB1) has misaligned rows at P14907, Q02629, and Q02630.
Most condensate-specific CSVs have either one of these issues. The bug is due to how you’ve formatted your “Experimental Evidence” field. Entries in this field are comma-separated lists without quotation marks (e.g. In Vivo,In Cellulo). If a given list has multiple elements, each element is treated as a separate field due to your output tables being a comma-delimited format. This is what is yielding misaligned rows, and it may also be causing some CSV downloads to fail as well.
