[HIGH] Adding new protein to a condensate from contributors- form

When contributors wish to add a new protein to a condensate, they are required to fill in a form and give as much information as possible so that we can decide based on our criteria whether to accept their request or to which functional type to add that protein. At the moment they are only required to add a comment, this should be changed according to the attached form, please @raghosh . Add_new_protein_form_.key

Contributor's Details like title, name, discipline, etc. can be fetched from the logged-in user's session details (all these details are entered while sign-up)

Three new condensate-specific protein data points are to be added:

1. functional_type (enum) (string): driver/client/regulator
2. experimental_evidence (enum) (list of string): [in_vitro, in_vivo, in_cellulo]
3. driver_criterion (enum) (list of string): [self-ps, induces_assembly, essential_for_integrity]

@rostam The above are the possible values as of now. Post our last discussion on Thursday, would you like to change the possible options for experimental_evidence ?

@sghosh The following experimental details should be added to the list of experimental evidence (Mass spectrometry, colocalization, FRAP, other). @raghosh is also aware of this. Note: This might be shown to the 'add a new condensate' page too, where they add proteins belonging to their condensate.

So the total list of options for experimental_evidence is

1. in_vivo
2. in_vitro
3. in_cellulo
4. mass_spectrometry
5. colocalization
6. frap
7. others

@raghosh While displaying the above values to be converted from snake case to normal (remove underscore, capitalise words)

@raghosh A new column needs to be added in the Protein table on a Condensate detail page. Which I will explain in person.

Also, edit actions for each protein in table should allow adding update items for these 3 data points
