Condensate Tabs and sub tabs

On the header, there should be one single tab called "Condensates" and sub-tabs on this for "Biomolecular Condensate" and "Synthetic Condensates".

The 2 sub-tabs show up as a dropdown when hovering on "Condensates"

All three tabs/sub-tabs will be clickable. With each respective click open the list pages as per the filter selected:

1. Condensates: no filter
2. Biomolecular Condensates: is_experimental=true
3. Synthetic Condensates: is_experimental=false
