Approval Mail + Wiki Login Credentials for contributors

After a signed-up user's role is changed from "Authenticated" to "Contributor", a mail should be sent to his/her email address informing him/her about the successful recruitment, and additionally, another mail should be sent providing login details for wiki.ddcode.org using a sample password (generated randomly)

Or we could do both of them on the same mail.
