Click on a hyperlink throughout DD-CODE

As of now clicking and opening a link kind of behavior should be like this:

• Link within the same website should open in the same tab, but the user should be able to open it in a new tab by right-click or CMD + click (basically similar to "Open in new tab")
• Link to another website should by default open in a new tab (for eg. encyclopedia, UniProt, PubMed, etc.)

Please do a thorough check throughout all clickable links over the website and fix where this convention is not followed
