• When the peakstrainer window is closed also peakstrainerApp.exe should be terminated. For now, it still runs in the background
• When simstitcher is finished the peakstrainer window is automatically closed which is quite annoying
• When reordering all possible scan headers should be displayed (not only the ones from the first file
