How to use it

Select a folder, where *.mzXML files are found.
All the files in this folder will be processed in the same way.

Reorder scans uses the first mzXML file to get the available scan types, these scan types are presented in the left pane. The right pane contains the ordered list of scan types.

To add a scan type to the ordered list, select a scan type from the left pane and double click or pressing the *add *button.

Please note that scan types can be repeated in the ordered list.

To remove the last scan type from the ordered list click the remove button

To finish the process click finish and *.mzXML files are created with the order given in the ordered list. The new files are created in a folder called ordered in the same directory as the original files.
