updated APRConverter to work with the new structures now, and fixed a bug in APRConverter getting the particle intensities

Updated some of the intialization through class pre-decleration to provide better interfaces, also added writing cabability directly to the the APR class

updated the transform operators and moved them to the ExtraPartCellData class, also added examples and finished off the Example_apr_iterate code

introduced a new parallel iterator gets about 90% of the performance of the raw version, but gives full info all calculated
