Editable Attributes

Some attributes of the records(protein, condensates) should be made editable by users of certain role(s). These are attributes which are not pulled from trustworthy sources like Uniprot, or those which need to be manually curated. As of now, these features should be marked separately. After a user management system and data version history features are developed, we can allow editing of such attributes
