Condensate Detail Page: For "marker" proteins, show the name of the protein when hovered on

The condensate detail page has an attribute in the "General Info" area for "marker" proteins (attribute biomarkers).

This displays the UniProt ID only of the protein. A lot of users would prefer the name to be also displayed. On hover, we can display the name of the protein.

The name of the protein can be found already in the condensate detail API since a marker protein is also a member in the protein list of the condensate, and from here, the name can also be extracted.
