E-Mail to contributor's upon review activity

The email template from status change of submission record needs to be modified as discussed and pointed out by @nlewis

When a review activity takes place on an UpdateItem or a NoveCondensate record, the user should receive the following mails (separate template for both cases)

Subject: Your (update item / novel condensate) ID. has been reviewed (in both cases same)

Accepted (status= * to status="accepted")

Body:

Dear username,

Thanks a lot for taking up the effort to contribute to CD-CODE. We would like to inform you that your (update item / novel condensate) submission with ID # has been accepted. The changes will be reflected soon once they have been synced.

Rejected (status= * to status="rejected")

Dear username,

Thanks a lot for taking up the effort to contribute to CD-CODE. We would like to inform you that your (update item / novel condensate) submission with ID # has been rejected by a reviewer with the followng comments:
