feat,chore: Added Python version 3.12 support.

chore: Bump version of Numpy from 1.23.5 to 1.26.4. chore: Removed prody dependency, because it is just used for executing Stride. ci: Moved from venv to conda. chore: Bump versions of flake8 from 4.0.1 to 6.1.0 and isort from 5.0.0 to 5.13.2 and flake8-isort from 4.2.0 to 6.1.1.

fix: Removed deprecated isort configuration options. chore: Bump project version from 1.0.0-beta2 to 1.0.0-beta3. refactor: Changed from os.system to subprocess. fix: Fixed PYTHONPATH setting.
