revert to old output type for ease of reading

The removal of those 2 lines, whilst cleaner, leads to a problem where the order of Query and Target is changed. This isn't really a problem since comparisons are symmetrical, but for a user it makes more sense that the table is by default grouped by Query and then by Target. It is mainly a cosmetic change but I think the output is visually cleaner this way.
