Error Messages

• All client-side errors to come with a very accurate message as to what the user should do to correctly make the request
• All "400 Error, report to Admin" should be corrected
• Only for 5XX issue, the client should be shown a "Report to admin" message.
• For login, signup, new condensate submission, update item submission, if 4XX occurs, user should be shown exactly what is the problem
