inPhase code repository

Basic code to perform inPhase, a method to determine dilute and condensed phase concentrations for protein condensates. The code was used with MATLAB (The MathWorks) 2020b and 2021a.

This contains an image segmentation routine:

• inPhase_Segmentation_v11.m
• getDataAllFields.m
• condensate_Segmentation_V4
