All tests pass for existing ODE features - including part props, but they might
need some more extensive testing.

Some initial VERY experimental code for the ODE module. The basic
functionality is implemented but needs testing and extension to other
types, kinds (templating!) and schemes.

Cleaned up all modules and subroutines that will not be immediately
ported to the new PPM core code base. Renamed and combined some ODE
modules.
