Some initial VERY experimental code for the ODE module. The basic
functionality is implemented but needs testing and extension to other
types, kinds (templating!) and schemes.

Cleaned up all modules and subroutines that will not be immediately
ported to the new PPM core code base. Renamed and combined some ODE
modules.

2D, 1 CPU is tested and works

New for the Poisson routines:
* halved memory requirements to spectral arrays.
* ONE topology for the real and complex xy-slabs
* Support of spectral derivatives for both periodic and freespace topologies
* Convergence of FD routines (curl), solution to Poisson equation and reprojection done
* Vorticity reprojection works for both periodic and freespace topologies but the
  error of the freespace solution converges only linearly (O(2) expected)
* .. maybe more?

Fixed problems with pointers not being nullified. Should make everything more stable.
