Condensate Detail Page: Protein Actions dialogue window bug

On the condensate detail page, on the dialogue box for "Edit", there exists a bug.

Steps to reproduce:

Edit > Select "any" action > Close the window with X > Click Edit again The window opens from where it left last. This should open the list of all actions.
