Download buttons on List pages

• Option to download the table from Protein List page and Condensate List pages
• File format will be CSV
• Download should incorporate filters and sort
• To optimize, can rate-limit download options to 3 per minute or so.

@tothpet there are download buttons on all list pages now, can you check if they work as per satisfaction.

If they look fine, you can close this ticket or make comments if some changes are needed.

Functionality needed on protein list page and for protein tables on condensate detail page as well

Hi @moon it would be great to have the download option on the "Protein Table" in the Condensate detail page as well !!

For the other pages, it looks fine.
