User Profile Fixes

1. Signup should ask for 
   A) "Scientific Disciplines" (multi-select) (mandatory)
   B) "Affiliation" (Institute name currently associated with) (mandatory)
   C) "Profile Link" (Validation for http link)

2. While displaying details on the User Profile page
   A) Don't display texts with camel/snake cases like "Research_Scientist"
