#43: Maintainer can either accept or reject request with a reason. Contributor can only view the status. Added a toaster and a loader component to give a nice user experince when a request has been made or page is loading with data. #50: task is also done.

#34: Only Maintainer and Contributor is allowed to do editable attributes features. Update condensate description textarea field by default having the present description text which can be edited by the contributor or maintainer.
